This may seem odd but I am blogging about this effort of starting up a network of people who share common interests. I am wondering about the possible reasons the target audience is not catching on and giving it a try. The target audience is the Tunisian expatriate community and the common interests are countless. Could the following be possible explanations: 1. low level of interest because of high level of doubt and cynicism?
