Starting up a Network

This may seem odd but I am blogging about this effort of starting up a network of people who should have many common interests, at least theoretically. I am wondering about the possible reasons the target audience is not catching on and giving it a try. The target audience is the Tunisian expatriate community and the common interests are countless.
